DR Modules 1 & 2 Plants
LISCO, a state owned company having designed capacity of 1.75 million tons per annum of DRI and HBI, located in Misrata, Libya, consisting of 2 Midrex Plants based on CDRI Modules of 550,000 TPA each and 1 Midrex based HBI Module of 650,000 TPA in its works. DR Modules are very key Plant to cater the need of the Steel Melt shops which in turn produce semi-finished products like billets, blooms and slabs for further production of long products and flat products respectively. DR Modules need a constant monitoring, operation and maintenance and day to day basis to maintain consistent production at desired levels. With El TEAM LTD FZE assistance in Operation and Maintenance of the Plant on regular basis, the DRI MOUDULES 1 and 2 Plants has reached unpresident production for the first time in over 14 years.
SMS-2 Plant Services
With EL TEAM LTD FZE being associated both good and trouble times of the LISCO for over the last three decades extending various technical services, including the supply of key consumables, all kind of spare parts of Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) under the long term contract for supply of spare parts and consumables and related technical services, manpower deployment, monitoring and advisory services for continuous improvements in Operations and Maintenance of Steel Melting Shops (SMS).
Hot Strip Mill Revamping
A landmark erection project focused on replacing the existing Hot Strip Mill computer. This massive undertaking included a complete revamping of the finishing mill, roughing mill, and coiler systems to drive modern operational efficiency.
Main Drives Control Systems
Precision engineering and erection for the Finishing Mill main drives control systems. This project featured the seamless integration of advanced SIEMENS SIMADYN C technology and robust converters to guarantee superior control and reliability.
